　　2006年4月11日，北方进德天主教社会服中心在河北省民政厅正式登记注册为“河北进德公益事业服务中心”,简称“进德公益”。
On April 11, 2006, Beifang Jinde Catholic Social Service Center was registered with the Civil Affairs Department of Hebei Province as Jinde Charities.
　　2006年7月11-12日“进德公益”揭牌及“圣召暨教育基金会”成立十周年庆祝会已在石家庄北方大厦举行。
A celebration of the unveiling of the name tablet of Jinde Charities and the tenth anniversary of Vocation and Education Fund (VEF) had been held on July 11-12, 2006 in Beifang Grand Hotel, Shijiazhuang City.
